    Description

    Shiny red vinyl raincoat and matching hat. These may be Penny Brite accessories. The coat is 4 1/2" long. The opening in the hat is 1 5/8" (maybe that's the head size?) The perimeter of the hat brim is blue gingham. There is a very small white mark on the hat. A white plastic hanger is part of the ensemble.
