TRUNKING PROGRAMMING SERVICE for Motorola XTS2500 XTS5000 APX Portables

Description

This listing is for the service of Motorola ASTRO 25 (XTS 1500/2250/2500/5000) and APX Series Portable Radio programming for conventional and/or trunking systems. We use authentic and authorized Motorola CPS software to program your radios. Our experienced radio techs have years upon years of public safety sector experience and depend on the exact same radios and associated programming for their own safety and communication with dispatch centers and fellow members of service.
For trunking systems, we can program your radio for any Motorola Type II or Project 25 Phase 1 800 MHz Smartzone/Smartnet Systems (no UHF or VHF). Programming shall consist of
SCAN FUNCTION ONLY
, with no transmit or affiliation capabilities.* We program trunking radios in the correct system format and NOT by the voice channel format. This will allow the user to hear all correct traffic from talkgroups and not miss any traffic. By programming in this manner, you will be able to scan 10 talkgroups in a zone at a time; and we will program your radio with up to 6 Zones of talkgroups. Please be mindful that programming these types of radios is highly technical and requires a fair amount of time and expertise; therefore the cost is substantially higher than that of programming only in the conventional.
Upon payment, you will receive an address to ship your radio to. In the package, please include your radio, a CHARGED battery, and a list of what system, wanted talkgroups, an arrangement of up to 6 zones scanning groups of 10 talkroups, and any particular button assignments.
Current turnaround time for radio programming is at twenty-one (21) business days.

BEFORE PURCHASING THIS SERVICE, IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO:
1. Ensure that the model and flashcode of your radio are capable of operating on Type II/P25 Phase 1 systems. Before purchasing, please confirm your flashcode with us via message. We do have the capability to upgrade flashcodes, but it will be at an additional cost.
2. Ensure that the control channels are correct for the system that you would like to be programmed. RadioReference.com is NOT always correct, so please do your due diligence in finding the correct control channels.
3. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, to and from the Seller.
4. Understand that the Seller reserves the right to change the turnaround time (stated above) at their own discretion, without notice.
Seller reserves the right to refuse return payment based upon a breach of the above listed terms.
*As stated above, trunking programming of a Motorola portable will be for RECEIVE/SCAN ONLY. However, the Seller may allow for transmit programming on a case-by-case basis in the event that the purchaser of this Service provides an authorization letter, on agency letterhead, from the agency that maintains the system that they desire to be programmed. All letters must contain a valid Radio Identification Number (RID) issued by the maintaining agency of their system. All letters requesting transmit functionality programming will be verified by the Seller with the issuing agency.
