Star Sand from Japan - in coin display

Description

This is a small sample is "star sand" from Taketomi, Japan. This sand would be a great sample so show off. The stars are formed from tiny foraminifera creatures from the sea.
This sample could hold educational value as well to teach students about the different types of sand or sea life
