Original 1881 LIRR Long Island RailRoad Winter Time Table Schedule w/Ads, Letter

A real treasure, at least to me -- A well preserved LIRR Long Island Rail Road Winter Time Table / Schedule from February 1881.  This schedule includes period Advertisements, in contrast to other schedules I've seen.  I am also including its transmittal letter from 1954 from the family of the original owner, "early settlers on Long Island", donating it to the library from which I acquired it.
Approx. 12 by 13 inches unfolded. The print is small.
It's in very good, clean condition, all things considered.  Some slight tears at folds, and note the pencilled library catalog number on cover panel.
From before the days of Penn Station and the tunnels. A lot before!  And before the subways.  Amazing history, to me. No more than a few trains per day on any line, except the North Side, and then only to Great Neck. The last photo - of the then Babylon station - is included here [but NOT in the auction] to give a feel for the long ago era of this item.
