    1947 Vintage Official PRR Pennsylvania Railroad "Eastern Electrification Operating Instruction Book Diagrams Philadelphia Division".  Screw apart binder holds many electrical diagrams & specs for PRR operating systems.  Hard leaf binder measures 14-1/4" long x 8-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" thick.  In railroad used condition with the expected use wear to the binder & pages.  Metal binder parts have rust.  This was found in "as is" condition.  Please view the pictures.  The listed shipping cost is for US buyers & shipping to e-bay's global shipping center for international buyers.
