Some light soiling (mainly to front cover), light wear to first fold, 1 inch split at upper edge of third fold, soft diagonal crease to last panel; otherwise very good condition. Attractive map of the island by White Way Maps; the text on verso elaborates on Long Island, North Shore, South Shore, Central Section, and Shelter Island, plus a listing of Golf Clubs and Ferry Services.
