    Radio comes with MIC, power cable, external speaker, it does not have the accessory connector in the bottom of the radio.  You can find one here on ebay for a few bucks or make your own jumper to connect the pins..  It has been tested to transmit and receive.  I have also connected to a pc to make sure the codeplug could be read with the software. One small issue is tab on the RJ-45 Mic connector is broken off,  the mic still works it just pulls out of the mic jack on the radio easier than normal.
