    Description

    Jamaican Banknote 10 Shillings. The Obverse features Queen Elizabeth II and the Jamaican Coat of Arms bearing the Motto " Out of Many-One People".  To me this is reminiscent of the motto found on the reverse of the U.S. dollar bill  as part of The Great Seal of the United States specifically E Pluribus Unum translated as From Many -One. The Reverse features Indigenous farmers brining bananas to market by boat.
    This note is lightly circulated, has 4 square corners, no rips, tears or pinholes and still retains vibrant ink colour despite its age of 55 plus years.
    The only reason I am selling this note is I am predominately a U.S. Paper note collector and this note was inherited.
